A boy, Luke David, was born to David and Karla Shangrow of Foreston, at the St. Cloud Hospital, on February 19, 2003.

He weighed 8lbs 9oz.

Grandparents are Dave and Jan Miller of Foreston, Carol Clement of Milaca, and Gordon Shangrow of Auburn, Wash.
