Memorial services for Thomas W. Isaacs, 53, of Milaca, were scheduled Wednesday, March 5, at 12 noon at the Peterson-Johnson Funeral Home in Milaca. Burial is at the Glen Haven Memorial Gardens in Crystal, Minn.

Thomas died Saturday, March 1, 2003 at the Fairview Northland Regional Hospital in Princeton.

He was born Oct. 2, 1949 to Oliver and Hazel (Lounes) Isaacs in Minneapolis. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, carpentry and all wildlife activities. He was an avid sports fan.

Thomas is survived by his father, Oliver "Swede" Isaacs of Annandale, Minn.; children, Sasha and Maria; step-children, Chad, Travis, Sarah, and Nicole; grandchildren, Bailey, Jordan, Mitchell, Miranda, Shalyn, Destiny and Janessa; brothers, Jerry and John and wife Mary; sisters, Sandy and JoAnne; special friends, Jodelle Barrett, Kathy Haberman and Lori Ryan; also by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Hazel; and step-son, Jason Haberman.
