Foundation awards 60 scholarships

The Milaca Scholarship Foundation awarded 60 scholarships to graduating Milaca High School seniors this year. The scholarships were announced at the Sunday, June 1, graduation ceremony.
The foundation bases the awards on a point system from the national organization, Dollars for Scholars. Points are allotted for grade point average, activities and service to the community.
