July 29, 2002 A dealer license plate was stolen from a vehicle at 3rd Avenue SE. July 30, 2002 A Foreston resident was ticketed for speeding at Central Avenue So. A warning was also given for no proof of insurance. A domestic disturbance was reported at Donís Barbershop on 2nd Avenue SW. A vehicle lockout was reported at the Sheriffís Office on 2nd Street NE. Police responded to a report of a window peeper at 1st Street E. July 31, 2002 An Ogilvie resident was given a warning for speeding on Highway 23 and a ticket for no proof of insurance. Police provided a funeral escort at 2nd Street SE. Police responded to a domestic disturbance at Central Avenue So. Police responded to a call for public assistance involving a juvenile at 2nd Avenue SW. Police responded to a call for public assistance at 2nd Street. A vehicle was stolen from a residence on 5th Avenue SE. August 1, 2002 Police responded to an alarm at Milaca High School. A bicycle was found at 5th Avenue SE. A stray dog was reported at 6th Avenue SE. A Milaca resident was ticketed for speeding and no seat belt. Police responded to a call for public assistance regarding a vehicle needing to be towed at 10th Street NE. Police responded to an accident at 1st Street. No injuries or damage were reported. A Foreston resident reported damage to her vehicle at 1st Street. August 2, 2002 Police responded to a call for assistance with a woman needing medical attention at Central Avenue No. A Milaca resident reported a wallet was stolen from her purse at Central Avenue So. Police responded to a call regarding CD cases being found in a yard at Central Avenue No. Police responded to a call at 4th Avenue SE where the complainant believes someone is letting her dogs loose and then stealing the collars. A Milaca resident was ticketed for speeding at 6th Street No. A Milaca resident was ticketed for speeding at 4th Street. A St. Cloud resident was ticketed for speeding on Hwy. 23. A stray dog was reported at 1st Street E. and returned to the owner. A Deephaven resident was ticketed for speeding on Hwy. 169. Police responded to a complaint regarding a dog running loose at 8th Street. August 4, 2002 Police responded to a complaint of kids smoking at the park. Police advised them to clean up area and leave. A domestic disturbance was reported at 4th Avenue NW. Police responded to a call for public assistance at 4th Avenue NW. Police responded to a driving complaint at 7th Street. Police responded to a report of vandalism at Trimble Park involving juveniles. August 5, 2002 Police responded to a medical call for public assistance at 2nd Avenue SE. Officers assisted another agency with an investigation at 8th Street NE. Police responded to a call for public assistance in the alley between 2nd Avenue NW and 3rd Avenue NW regarding a suspicious person. The suspect had a blood alcohol level of .97 and was driven to another personís home to look after. A resident reported a possible bullet hole on the west side of his home, along with damage to his door jamb, at 3rd Avenue NW. Police are continuing to investigate.
