Phyllis Huddleston

Funeral services for Phyllis Elaine (Kerr) Huddleston, 77, will be held Saturday, May 12, at 2 p.m. at the First Memorial Funeral Chapel, located at 7835 Brooklyn Blvd., in Brooklyn Park.

Phyllis died Tuesday, May 1, 2001.

She was born March 1, 1924 in Akron, Iowa to Robert and Birdice Kerr. After graduating she moved to Minnesota where she met George Huddleston. In 1943 they were married. They had two children, Dennis and Mikelyn.

Phyllis was employed by Our Own Hardware for 16 years and after retiring resided in Milaca.

She is survived by her children, Dennis Huddleston and his wife Mary of Brooklyn Park, and daughter Mikelyn Pletsch and her husband Mark of Excelsior; four grandchildren, Matthew, Maggie, Theresa and Martha; four great-grandchildren; brothers, Marvin, Roger and Robert; sister, Marianne; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
