Five County Mental Health office moves

The Milaca office of Five County Mental Health Center has relocated.

The new office is located at the Midtown Plaza, 110 2nd St. NW, Milaca. This relocation is being made to consolidate services into one location.

Five County Mental Health Center provides outpatient assessment, therapy, medication management and community support services.
